Terms and Conditions
These draft terms describe the intended basis on which learners access PRAGO AI courses, learning tools and related services. They require business and legal approval before they become final contractual terms.

About PRAGO AI
PRAGO AI is an independent professional learning platform. ITIL® and related marks belong to their respective owners. PRAGO AI is not represented here as affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the relevant certification or trademark owner.

Accounts and eligibility
Learners must provide accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials secure and use only their own account. Access may be restricted where security, fraud, misuse or unauthorized sharing is reasonably suspected.
The minimum learner age, contracting entity and any territory restrictions remain subject to business and legal approval.

Learning access
A purchase grants access to the selected learning package for the stated access period. Course access, Trainer features and package capabilities are governed by the package shown before purchase. Access does not transfer between learners unless PRAGO expressly agrees.
Availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside reasonable control. Any service-level commitment requires separate approval and is not promised by this draft.

Certification and examination
Learning access does not itself include an official examination unless an order expressly says otherwise. An examination voucher may be purchased with a learning package or separately where the purchasing journey presents that option. PRAGO does not guarantee examination success or access to live examination questions.

Payments and promotions
The price and currency shown in the server-authoritative order review control the amount requested. A promotion applies only when accepted by PRAGO’s governed promotion system and may be limited by learner, package, date or usage.
VAT treatment, invoicing arrangements and the final payment terms require business and legal approval before live charging is activated.

Acceptable use
Learners must not attempt to bypass access controls, extract protected assessment material, interfere with platform operation, misuse the Trainer, impersonate another person or use the service unlawfully. Reasonable technical controls may be used to protect course and learner integrity.

Content and intellectual property
PRAGO materials, software and presentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Personal study access does not grant a right to copy, resell, publish or create competing materials from protected content.

AI-assisted teaching
M. Ali is an AI-assisted learning feature grounded in governed course material. It supports learning but does not replace the authoritative written course, examination rules or professional advice. Learners should report suspected errors through the support channel.

Suspension, termination and liability
The grounds and process for suspension, termination, limitation of liability, consumer remedies and force majeure require jurisdiction-specific legal drafting. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions may be sent to support@pragoai.co.uk. The contracting entity, registered address, governing law, jurisdiction and formal notice process must be approved before these terms are finalized.
